Presently, if I create a custom item, I have the option to set the cost as dynamic % of sell price. This has been a tremendously helpful feature. It would be great if this worked in reverse also. I would like to be able to enter cost and have the sell price auto-calculate based on my desired margin. Here is an example use case.

This really comes into play when we have multiples of the same item. For example. Lutron shades. Lutron only gives me the retail price, not cost. I know my margin is 50 points. So it's easy to set cost as 50% of sell price on the item. When I enter the sell price, cost is automatic. The problem comes in when the item needs to be discounted. If you change the sell price, the cost changes. For a single item, no big deal. Just set cost to fixed, enter your numbers and you're good. But, say I have 20 shades in the proposal. Now I have to manually calculate cost and sell price for every shade. It would make things much easier if all I had to do was enter cost, and I could make the sell price auto-calculate based on my desired margin. Would be a huge time saver.
