When you put in a change order after any Payments have been made the change order should NOT affect the what is being shown as the initial payment request.

As of now if you have a payment processed and put in a change order Payment 1 Payment Request gets lowered, but the payment is all ready done. This is confusing and could see this causing issues when reconciling.
