Agree with this, it actually causes more work for me with quickbooks. For me it's much easier to just import, convert, and send. Instead of now research the payment made through portal for a customers estimate/invoice that may not even be in quickbooks yet. Please give us the choice to remove account wide.

We are including that info in the project contracts going forward. Having too much detail in the proposals with different schedules and timelines etc is confusing. Also splitting projects into separate proposals based on expected timelines and disciplines.

We need to be able to disable the payment schedule because we use a different system for invoicing and collecting payments and have different payment schedules for different types of projects. If we do not remember to remove the payment schedule before submitting the proposal, we end up having negative conversations with customers who thought they were going to be invoiced one way and were invoiced differently.

I need to be able to disable the schedule option and disable the automatic payment request as I would rather sometimes just show the percentage of the payments and not the actual amounts.
