I feel like this was originally how Portal worked. There's no way to hide archived proposals now. Even the archive filter doesn't do it. I really just want to see active proposals. Clients with dozens of proposals become very difficult to deal with when everything is showing up at once.

Being able to "show archived" was perfect. This new way is terrible.
