In line with similar requests, some of our work involves dealing with various property management companies and local governments/municipalities that have a more complex hierarchical billing/location requirement. For example: One main billing address but multiple locations. Adding this feature would greatly improve how we manage proposals, payments, and other data within Portal.
In our current CRM (Zoho CRM), we can set up one main account with several billing addresses and different physical locations for services or deliveries. This allows us easily create new estimates or invoices by selecting the main billing address and then specifying a singular location. Additionally, it allows us to give each location a "name" as well.
For example: The management company's name is "Management Co., Inc." but the location is "MCo. Complex A, LLC". On our transaction documents, it shows "Bill To: Management Co., Inc., 123 Street, City, State" and "Site Address: MCo. Complex A, LLC, 069 Nice Rd., City, State".
This feature greatly simplifies how we track all transactions and can quickly reference on our documents what-is-what and who-is-who. Additionally, reporting is a breeze as we can query records that are either grouped under the main "parent" account or broken down by each "site" or location, making our transactional and reporting workflow more simple, efficient, granular, and dummy-proof.

We work with property management companies that have multiple employees w/ each employee handling different properties. A quote for the property management company could have 10 locations, each with a different e-mail address. Currently, when you pick the location in the proposal it always uses the main person from the person record and we'd like to be able to choose / assign the point of contact per proposal based on the location under the same company record.

Ideally Companies/Clients List would be separated from Contacts... This is how most CRM software works. Contact and Location lists are related to one main "Company" record (whether its a residential job or not) (ie - Smith Res is the "Company")
