Markup from cost when MSRP isn't available

In some instances MSRP isn't available for items. When that happens it would be great to have the Markup From Cost option enabled. This will prevent an item getting added to a proposal at $0.00 and sold that way by mistake.

In addition to this, i would like to add that it would be great to view the entire bids product cost. (view without having to export an xcel) It would be very nice to have a tool to mark up ALL product in a bid from cost. In commercial projects it is common to mark up a bid from cost.
