When I send a proposal to a client from Portal, the email goes out from Portal, and I have no copy of it in my own mailbox. I can't look back at exactly what I sent a client or when. Please let us connect Gmail (Google Workspace) so proposal emails, change orders, and invoices send from our own account, or at least add an option to automatically CC or BCC the sender. That way the whole client conversation stays in one place while we present proposals.
