Allow us to at least control which users have access to certain sections of the site (like Orders, Proposals, People etc).

As we add more and more proposals and cover images it becomes a mess trying to find the one I’m looking for in a sea of small thumbnails. Having the ability to organize them by client or type would help out here a ton. Thanks!

After adding a client it would be nice to create a new proposal from that page instead of having to go to proposals, create a new one and then add the clients name.

Allow me to pull all my QBO contacts into 'People' and when I create a new person in portal it should create in QBO.

When a proposal has been marked 'Accepted' (or 'Completed') you should not be able to edit it.

When a proposal changes in anyway a side prompt appears to add a title to change order. Can be ignored. If title is added logged into a section of proposal and can be optionally viewed by client. Can associate change order fee that is calculated into total

I'd like the Payment Request to come with the Invoice, specifying what's being charged.
