I have been adding custom items from new products coming out, would be great to also have an ability to add a file/cut sheet to the product so it links through the electronic quote.

Showing just the parent item and the total for the package but not showing all of the nested items that go with it. The customer doesn't want to see all of the pieces that go into a single gang data and coax wall plate. I could just create a custom item with one price and a better picture of a completed wall plate but then it wouldn't order the parts needed or create the pick list.

We don't want to rely on the favorite bar. We don't want to make a huge template and manually search through a template. Have the ability of the ADMIN of the account to select or hide items from the catalog that are/not an option for a company. When new items come out we can move those new items in. When new model numbers for tvs come out those old models can be replaced. Right now the catalog is 1,471,460 and that is TOO much. Thanks we love the software and plan to use it forever - just need a way of limiting errors and that starts with seaching in a pool of 1,471,460 items with only realistically selling 250.

We would like to be able to create (as needed) new folders for custom parts and labor items.

Be able to set fee item price to calculate dynamically based on the sell price of an item. then you can attach it to the item so the recycling fee is always included.

Adding in Klus Designs products to the database

Be able to create a list of products that only certain users could see. For instance, part of my whole business is smart home security, we also install all things AV and surveillance, but lets say that I have field sales reps who I ONLY want them to have access to security items in our portal.io and not to any of the AV equipment.

Would like the ability to start with what the cheapest options are so I can start comparing them easily. This would be helpful when creating the three options where we usually experiment with different pricing levels.

Client provided TV, Roku, Mount, etc etc etc. Can either have a ton of client provided, or a single item to be added, then add your own notes. Having this will allow you to see the full scope of the job wtihout creating custom items.
