If we could assign a supplier to custom items then add them to purchase orders, that would be helpful.

I don't typically email orders to vendors. It would be great to have a way to adjust the status from draft to ordered or received.

Easier to proof and order prep. I like to group my Lutron orders together as you have a Dimmer and then a companion Dimmer, Switch and Companion switch etc.

We need the supplier name to appear on the pdf download of orders so our staff can track the order.

Need to be able to edit the PO number/title to facilitate internal and external tracking.

Sorting the pick list by category doesn't work well. Sorting by PO would make it easier to know when a PO is fulfilled, especially on large projects.

It would be great to be able to add notes to each item in an order. Example, if a certain item is on BO, it good to know the expected ship date. This is something we have been able to do manually with our previous software.

Would like to ability to submit RMA request and track returns from the Orders tool.

It would be extremely helpful to see the Custom Parts specified in a proposal in the Parts Order page. We've had a couple projects where Custom Parts didn't get ordered because going through an entire proposal and searching for the parts that didn't get exported to the project's "Orders" is time consuming and prone to human error.

Make it easier to send an order to a single supplier, rather than create a large PO with all the suppliers from the proposal and then have to delete the suppliers we don't want.
