It would be extremely helpful to see the Custom Parts specified in a proposal in the Parts Order page. We've had a couple projects where Custom Parts didn't get ordered because going through an entire proposal and searching for the parts that didn't get exported to the project's "Orders" is time consuming and prone to human error.

Sometimes we receive an additional discount (OR F'ING TARIFF FEE) added on after we make an Order or Win a proposal. Let us be able to change the cost of the items dynamically, and have it change the Catalog pricing too. Otherwise, pricing is behind on our next Proposal and reflect incorrect profit on the receiving deal.

Need to be able to edit the PO number/title to facilitate internal and external tracking.

If we could assign a supplier to custom items then add them to purchase orders, that would be helpful.

Would like to see the supplier orders organized by Area

Generate a report (csv and pdf) with all products in a proposal with tracking information, status of order, and shipment information.

while on orders page it would be nice to have a "add new part" to existing orders page. this might be driven by a change order. for me I send the warehouse pick list to a tech to pull items from stock, I then add or remove parts based on what's in our inventory.

It would be helpful for keeping track of orders if we could individually mark an items status so we can track what needs to be ordered, what's already been ordered and what's already in stock.

Need the ability to override the order status if the supplied doesn't mark status updates on their end

I would like to suggest an easier way to change a product on an order... I understand now how the internal change order works but it is a lot of work to swap out a $10 part when availability is an issue with a supplier. something like in the proposal, have a replace with other item option, and let that generate the change order to be chosen as internal or external. We have this happen all the time with small parts and the workflow right now is almost unusable.
