Multiple Contacts per Company Having the ability to have different people per company profile as contacts.

Auto generated client numbers We often require passwords/passcodes for clients alarm system setups or login info and it would be great if portal generated a client number that could be used as that and then it was saved with their client info so it would be easy for us to access.

allow for adding a cover image under the contact, so when we create multiple proposals for customers it defaults to the proper image without us having to re-add it each time

Please Add CRM! Make Beta so we can test. Everyone will benefit from this.Specifi Was terrible. My Main thing is construction management and jobs.

When you guys add a CRM/call logging option per client with follow up dates, let me know i'll pay double lol

We need to be able to set a ship to address either in the people record within Portal and/or within a proposal so that when the Quickbooks integration syncs the client and/or the proposal, it can fill in that field in QB.

We need the ability to add phone numbers that do not use the 10 digit US format. Either that or a free form field for phone numbers that does not automatically add the parenthesis and dash.

Could a time clock function be added? used in general or assigned to specific jobs and locations

Add an optional field for honorifics (Dr. Mr., Mrs, Ms, Etc..) Add an optional field for Job Titles
