Feature Requests

I would like to see an auto reminder feature so we can select how often and when to send a reminder to the client to approve the proposal. Essentially an automatic resend of the quote and for how long to send it, ie: send weekly for 8 weeks.

We try to limit item visibility for our sales team to preferred brands only to make it easier to control items going onto proposals. But that means they can't even see brands not marked as preferred for price comps or general spec comps. It would be great to have 2 sets of permissions... 1 for what items they have visibility to and 2 for what items they can place on a proposal.

I'm having a hard time to ready the gray fonts on the invoice, proposal, people headers, Payment detail and date. Please change the font to black for easier reading. Please increase the font size of Processed date xx/xx/xxxx as well. Thanks.

2FA and MFA authentication request

IMO 3 options is not enough, Especially when comparing speakers. Just one more option would be key. It should be changed from 3 options to at least 4.

It would be great to have an area where documents like a re-sale certificate can be stored.

a more robust installer notes or per client/ project notes that we can upload pictures and have checklists. Imagine apple notes app but thats applied to each client. This would be great for a unified app, and you guys could make more money because than all the installers could use this tool on a regular basis.

Guys please make zapier integration or API a free feature. We need to be able to auto-download all pdf docs and name them custom names. Not all of our staff have or can have access to portal nor do we want them to so we need to make things more automated.

Recently noticed QB introduced this: "Generate referrals using the post-invoice survey". In the interest of continuity, it might be nice to have something like this to send from Portal.

I would like to be able to run sales reports and be able to sort the data. This would allow me to see most profitable jobs, best customer, best sales month, best salesperson, and also the alternative, least profitable job, customer, etc.
