Feature Requests

I would like to be able to run sales reports and be able to sort the data. This would allow me to see most profitable jobs, best customer, best sales month, best salesperson, and also the alternative, least profitable job, customer, etc.

Every time I close the tab portal is in, I wind up back at the login page. It logs me in without entering details, so it seems that I'm still logged in. The mobile app actually makes me log back in every time I close it.

Invoices need to be organized. We perform support work outside of proposals, organizing the invoice similar to proposals is important.

IMO 3 options is not enough, Especially when comparing speakers. Just one more option would be key. It should be changed from 3 options to at least 4.

Would like to see Portal grow in a similar direction to Specifi to include more features. Portal still has the best catalog but seems to be lacking in other areas considering the cost.

We needs a dynamic reporting module to create AR reports and custom reports, Revenue, sales tax and more. For example if I have over 20 open invoice I can only see a few at a tiem. I need a AR report so I can create a collection action. and that this is exportable

I would like to see an auto reminder feature so we can select how often and when to send a reminder to the client to approve the proposal. Essentially an automatic resend of the quote and for how long to send it, ie: send weekly for 8 weeks.

Would be awesome to have an app built for Android

Report for all expired proposals so we can follow up.

We try to limit item visibility for our sales team to preferred brands only to make it easier to control items going onto proposals. But that means they can't even see brands not marked as preferred for price comps or general spec comps. It would be great to have 2 sets of permissions... 1 for what items they have visibility to and 2 for what items they can place on a proposal.
